Our Story
Backed by our Danish, Indonesian and Singaporean sponsors, Tiger Asset Management is a boutique advisory and investment firm specializing in infrastructure, telecommunication and renewables projects. We are part of the Tiger Infrastructure Group, with operations in Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Maldives.
To capitalize on the growing opportunities in wireless telecommunication towers and digital infrastructure space, we have set up a Digital Real Estate Trust to hold and manage the Group’s existing investments, as well as undertake future investments for our clients.

The Trust invests across the digital ecosystem covering Wireless Telecom Towers, Data Centers, Fibre Optics Networks and Small Cells, as well as Renewable Energy. The objective of the Digital Real Estate Trust is to build a diverse portfolio of digital infrastructure assets, that provide investors with yield and growth.

We also manage a portfolio of private companies in the renewable energy space, providing strategic, financial, and operational guidance to drive profitability growth.
